Invacare Robin Ceiling Hoist

"Hoisting without confrontation"
General - Technical - Rail System
The unique design of the Robin Ceiling Hoist, from Invacare, means that there is no metal spreader bar to attach a sling to. This removes the confrontational aspect that a user may experience, from the spreader bar, during the hoisting process.
A strap at each end of the hoist motor provides the connection point to a loop type sling and then the straps raise and lower the user in a safe, controlled manner.

Controlled via an electric handset the Robin ceiling hoist is easy to operate and includes the following features:-
- The two strap design gives unsurpassed stability and comfort during the transfer and improved client and carer contact.
- Smooth soft stop start feature. improves the positioning experience
- Charge hoist through handset when not in use.
- Hoist removes easily from rail if required in other room.
- Emergency stop/lower function.
- Ease of movement along the rail
- Advanced rail system for complex building requirements and ease of installation.
The Robin hoist weighs just 7 KG but delivers a Safe working load of 200Kg (31.5 Stone).
Invacare are so confident of the product they provide a 3-year warranty on all parts except the battery and parts susceptible to normal wear and tear or misuse i.e. lift tape, handset etc.
